How I Get My Own Mud Flaps
You can either call us on telephone No. +46 (0)490 822 80 for personal service or you can send us an e-mail at info@plastomer.se. All we need is your logotype or simply the name of your company on paper or file. Then we design a proposal for you to decide on before we start the production. For a logotype a tool has to be manufactured at a once-for-all cost. To print optional text in standard characters we do not charge any extra.Order as many, or few, mud flaps as you like - no minimum orders!
About the Mud Flaps
The standard mud flaps are furnished with a continuous bead for quick mounting in aluminium holders. The bead is grooved so that the guard will slide off the holder if backing onto something without damaging the mud guard (a solid bead may even drag the guard down).
The mud flap with article no. 6535 is adapted to fit your fleet of cars with various sizes of tires as well as width of guards. By cutting off the guard outside the gains on the bead, you will easily achieve other sizes although just having one size in stock.
We have also developed a specific, somewhat harder, mud flap for truck mixers.
Bumper mud flaps will give you an enormous advertising spot and will protect your truck as well. These mud flaps can be provided with logotype of optional design as well as some various standard prints at the edges, leaving space for your advertising in the centre.
All mud flaps are available with spray suppression (anti-spray).
In general all of our variants are of a good chemical resistance, have a low weight as well as they can withstand 40° Celsius below freezing-point. The material does not pick up moisture, i.e. no knocked edges and no lumps of ice.
